WORLD YOUTH DAY
AUGUST 3-8, 2027
The 2027 World Youth Day will be in Seoul, South Korea as announced by Pope Francis during the concluding WYD 2023 mass at Parque Tejo in Lisbon.
Pope Leo XIV will lead the event, making it the first World Youth Day under his papacy. It will also be the first World Youth Day to take place in Asia since Manila, Philippines in 1995, as well as the first to ever be held in a Christian-minority country.
There will be a meeting on March 29th at St. Teresa’s for anyone interested in attending. See below for information.
